Email and LinkedIn, coordinated on purpose.

Most multi-channel tools are really single-channel tools running twice. We run email through Instantly and LinkedIn through HeyReach, but the sequencing, suppression, and cooling-off logic is shared. The same prospect does not get hammered twice.

How it works

  1. Three domains, six mailboxes, per client.

    Every client starts on 3 dedicated sending domains, 2 mailboxes per domain, 30 sends per mailbox per day. That is 180 sends per day, 720 per week, Monday through Thursday only. Friday and weekends are off limits for cold email. The 30-per-mailbox cap protects deliverability, not total volume: as your pipeline grows, we add domains and mailboxes so capacity grows with you.

  2. LinkedIn through HeyReach, not Sales Navigator.

    HeyReach runs Monday through Friday: 20 to 25 connection requests and up to 50 messages per day to accepted connections, per connected LinkedIn account. We supply HeyReach as part of the engagement; the client provides the LinkedIn sender profile. Add more sender profiles and the volume grows with them.

  3. Cross-channel cooling-off.

    Before any new touch lands, the system checks every prior email and LinkedIn touch for recent activity on that prospect. No email after a LinkedIn connect the day before. No connect after an email that day. Every touch is spaced.

  4. Sequences are per-prospect, not per-template.

    Four emails per prospect, each under 120 words, plain text, max one link, with a natural opt-out in every email. The LinkedIn sequence runs four touches: a connection note, a follow-up, a value bridge, and a meeting ask. Every sequence is written individually against that prospect's research brief.
