Reply rate

The percentage of emails that receive any reply, positive or negative.

How we use it at Agentic Demand

Healthy outbound runs a 3 to 8% reply rate at steady state, with positive reply rate between 1 and 4%. These are benchmarks, not guarantees: results vary by ICP, offer, and infrastructure. Raw reply rate includes objections and no-fit replies, so it is not what we optimize against. Positive reply rate is.
